These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OutreachPlay website and, together with any signed proposal or statement of work, the consulting services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
OutreachPlay provides B2B growth consulting services, including lead generation, sales development representative (SDR) staffing and management, web development, digital marketing, and India-to-US market entry consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client.
Engagements begin only after both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal, the signed proposal governs for that engagement.
Fees are stated in the applicable proposal and invoiced as agreed there, typically in advance for monthly retainers or per the milestone schedule for project work. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
Clients agree to provide timely access to the information, approvals, accounts, and personnel reasonably required to deliver the services, and to ensure that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights. Delays in client inputs may affect timelines and results.
We bring proven methodology and report performance transparently. However, marketing and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside any consultancy's control, including market conditions, product, and pricing. Except as expressly stated in a signed proposal, we do not guarantee specific revenue, meeting, or ranking outcomes. Statistics on this website reflect averages and specific past engagements and are not a promise of identical results.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them under an engagement, such as campaign copy, website assets, and playbooks. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methodologies, frameworks, and tools, and grant clients a license to use them as embedded in the deliverables. The OutreachPlay name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without written permission.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business information received during an engagement, to use it only for the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal, and in the absence of a stated notice period, with thirty (30) days' written notice. Fees for services delivered up to the effective termination date remain payable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how prepaid amounts are handled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutreachPlay's total liability arising out of or relating to the services or this website shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use its content to build competing materials. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, unless a signed proposal specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
